LPC may terminate, at its sole discretion, these Terms of Use at any time for any reason without notice to you by decommissioning the Online Services. You may terminate these Terms of Use at any time for any reason without notice to LPC by ceasing to use our Website.

Intellectual Property

Your license to use the Online Services:Subject to these Terms of Use, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Online Services solely for your own personal, non- commercial purposes and solely in accordance with these Terms of Use. LPC’s intellectual property ownership:

For purposes of clarity, “Online Services” includes any and all content on the the Online Services, such as, but not limited to, text, images, graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, audio, video, data and other materials (together, “content”) as well as any part of the Online Services. The Online Services are licensed, not sold, to you. Nothing in these Terms of Use intends to transfer any such rights to, or to vest any such rights in, you. You may not take any action to jeopardize, limit or interfere with LPC or its licensors’ rights.

Trademark information:

Trademarks, service marks, and all graphical elements, including the look and feel appearing on the Online Services, are distinctive and protected trademarks (registered and unregistered) or trade dress of LPC or its licensors. The Online Services may also contain various third-party names, trademarks, and service marks that are the property of their respective owners.

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You agree not to use the Website:

  • In any way that violates any applicable federal, provincial, local or international law or regulation

  • To send, transmit, or otherwise provide, any advertising or promotional material, including without limitation any image file, video file, demo, “junk mail”, “chain letter” or “spam” or any other similar solicitation.

  • To submit any representation seeking materials and/or any unsolicited project submissions of any kind, including without limitation any
    writing samples, scripts, project reels, photos, CDs, DVDs, books, etc.

  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Company, a Company employee, another user or any other person or entity (including, without limitation, by using e-mail addresses or screen names associated with any of the foregoing).

  • To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Website, or which, as determined by us, may harm LPC or users of the Website or expose them to liability.


Additionally, you agree not to:

  • Use the Website in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Website or interfere with any other party’s use of the Website, including their ability to engage in real time activities through the Website.

Your sole remedy against LPC for dissatisfaction with the online services or any content is to stop using the online services or any such content. Limitation of Liability

In no event will LPC, its affiliates or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the website, any websites linked to it, any content on the website or such other websites or any services or items obtained through the website or such other websites, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, loss of data, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless LPC, its affiliates, licensors and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of the Website, including, but not limited to, your use of the Website’s content, services and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms of Use or your use of any information obtained from the Website.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws in effect in the Canadian jurisdiction in which you reside. If you do not reside in a Canadian jurisdiction, these Terms of Use will be governed by the laws in effect in the Province of Ontario.


Each of the Terms of Use and conditions in these Terms of Use are severable and operate separately. If any of them are unlawful, void or unenforceable, then the remaining Terms of Use and conditions will remain in full force and effect.

If LPC fails to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these Terms of Use, or if LPC does not enforce its rights against you, or delays in doing so, that will not mean that LPC has waived its rights against you and will not mean that you do not have to comply with those obligations.

LPC may transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms of Use to another organization or entity, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under these Terms of Use. You may only transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms of Use to another person if LPC agrees in writing.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use including any supplements and updates is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the use of the Online Services.
